Learn the art and delivery of an exceptional culinary experience. Gain knowledge and skills in classic cooking fundamentals as well as current industry trends, taught by passionate chef-instructors.

Why Culinary Arts ?

The Culinary Arts Diploma program combines classroom theory with hands-on training as you rotate through two-week blocks in a commercial-grade kitchen.

Passionate instructors train and guide you in small groups through the different techniques and styles of cooking. Top off your culinary education with skills in cooking principles, Culinary/Knife Skills & Mise en Place, Desserts and Basics in Baking. Our dedicated faculty inspire a lifelong passion for excellence in the culinary industry that embraces environmental, social and economic sustainability.

Upon graduation, you will receive:

  • A Diploma in Culinary Arts
With this diploma, you will be prepared to complete your apprenticeship to obtain your Red Seal in a field with an incredible array of job opportunities.

Grade 12 or equivalent, or mature student status plus successful completion of college entrance test
