I would like to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude to the staff at Commonwealth College, and especially to our instructor Cindy, for their guidance, encouragement, and support throughout this journey.
Balancing full-time work while attending school was challenging. There were many times when I felt overwhelmed, discouraged, and considered giving up. Fortunately, I was able to complete the program with honors alongside several of my co-workers. We supported one another, shared knowledge, and encouraged each other through the difficult moments. Working together played a significant role in our success, and I am proud to say that we all completed the program.
This course has provided me with valuable knowledge and skills that have strengthened my understanding of the participants I support, while also helping me grow both personally and professionally. It has reinforced my passion for this field and reminded me how rewarding this career path truly is.
I highly recommend this program to anyone considering a career in this profession. To future students, my advice is simple: keep pushing forward, even when the journey feels difficult. The challenges are temporary, but the knowledge, personal growth, and sense of accomplishments are well worth the effort.
