Sharpen your culinary skills and become a professional cook.

Learn the art and delivery of an exceptional culinary experience. Gain knowledge and skills in classic cooking fundamentals as well as current industry trends, taught by passionate chef-instructors.

The Culinary Arts Diploma program combines classroom theory with hands-on training as you rotate through two-week blocks in a commercial-grade kitchen. Passionate instructors train and guide you in small groups through the different techniques and styles of cooking.

Eligibility

Grade 12 or equivalent, or mature student status plus successful completion of college entrance test

Admissions Requirements

  • Canadian High School Graduation or equivalent
  • Mature Student
  • Test of adult basic education administered
  • Interview with Admissions Advisor
Program Fee
Registration Fee : $ 225.00 CAD
Tuition Fee : $ 11,400.00 CAD
Books & Supplies Fee : $ 340.00 CAD
Training Completion Fund (TCF) : $ 114.00 CAD
Other Fee : $ 1,500.00 CAD
Total Fees : $ 13,579.00 CAD
* Additional $3850 applicable towards Vocational Preparatory Program
